By supporting the creation of a website to be accessible universally, and promotional literature that will be made available free to visitors at West Point, as well as participating in the Association Conferences and Annual National Tadeusz Kosciuszko Observances at West Point.

Annual dues for becoming a member of the Association are $ 10 for an individual, and $ 25 for an organization. Association members will be listed on the website. The Association was incorporated in Massachusetts on November 13, 2003.
